L’obra va consistir en un edifici de construcció modular en base a elements prefabricats a taller. Per acollir uns requeriments assistencials per infants i adolescents amb discapacitat intel·lectual lleu o severa amb una doble finalitat: la d’un edifici residencial acreditable per a 20 persones i la d’un mòdul educatiu acreditable per a 16 persones al municipi de Sant Fruitós de Bages.
