Building of 30 government subsidised homes of approximately 40m², for one or two people. The building is composed of a ground floor and three floors of flats. The ground floor houses the central operations room for the installations, a premise for residents and 6 dwellings.
The foundations are executed using piles and the whole the built surface has been constructed with the eMii (industrialised integral modular building) system by CompactHabit.
The thermal conditioning uses a centralised system of microcogeneration boilers.
