COMPACT HABIT in the Master’s Degree: DIRECCIÓ D’EMPRESES IMMOBILIÀRIES INNOVADORES (MDEI+I) – 5a EDICIÓ

On March 8, the participants in the master visited our facilities in Cardona, organizing a first visit to the prototype house of 45 m2, awarded in Construmat 2007, which gave rise to the undertaking of the company and construction of the current factory with 7500 m2, located in an area of 45.000 m2.

Then, Miguel Morte, the Innovation Director gave an explanatory presentation about work methodologies during the project, contracting, advantages, and criteria for the system choice. The characteristics of the 3 eMii building systems developed by COMPACT HABIT were also presented, showing examples of constructed buildings and their evolution.

Afterward, they visited the factory and the exterior field, describing the construction processes and highlighting the agility of the 3D systems.

The latest novelty in our development was presented: the eMii system with concrete pillars, with which a ground foor + 8 floors residential building is currently being built.
