A Chinese editorial publishes a report about the CompactHabit Students’ Accommodation in Girona

Hi-Desing International Publishing publishes the book Sustainable & Green Building, which shows the most important cultural, medical and residential sustainable projects in the world.

HI-DESIGN, a Chinese publication specialized in publishing and promoting architecture and design interior books, has published a broad report about the Students’ Accommodation in the Montilivi campus in Girona and all the technical characteristics of the project. This publication is always written in both English and Chinese languages.

The article offers an in-depth view of the technical aspects about construction in more than 10 pages through many plans and pictures of the outside and inside elements, as well as general views of the building.

The students’ accommodation, which appears together with some other sustainable projects of around the world, is made up of 70 apartments and holds the highest energetic certification A.

This project has some unique international elements, which are associated with the industrialized integral modular building system (eMii) registered by CompactHabit. One of the most important advantages of this system is the 70% reduction in the construction process compared to the traditional construction.
