CompactHabit reaches module 500

The Compact Habit formula lets a building be finished in 75% less time than a traditional construction system.

Compact Habit, an innovative construction company that started its production line less than two years ago, has constructed module number 500. An increase in orders, with requests for residences from the tourism and elite sports sector has intensified factory production rhythm, which is currently at two modules per day.

These modules, which are completely finished and equipped in the factory, may be used to construct any type of building: multifamily residences, nursing homes, medical clinics, hospitals, schools, university residence halls. Regarding residences, modules come with kitchen, lavatories, electrical appliances and basic furnishings included.
