El proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n incluy\u00f3 pruebas de resistencia mec\u00e1nica, resistencia al fuego, permeabilidad al vapor de agua, aislamiento t\u00e9rmico y ac\u00fastico, resistencia a impactos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema eMii est\u00e1 basado en la fabricaci\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulos de hormig\u00f3n habitables y totalmente acabados y equipados en f\u00e1brica que, despu\u00e9s de ser transportados, se apilan y se conectan en el solar de destino. Permite la construcci\u00f3n de cualquier edificio que pueda ser proyectado a partir de una unidad repetible; viviendas plurifamiliares, residencias, complejos vacacionales, oficinas, hospitales o escuelas. A d\u00eda de hoy, con este sistema se han edificado pisos para estudiantes en Girona, Manresa y Sant Cugat, viviendas para j\u00f3venes en Banyoles, consultorios para el Hospital de Girona, un socio sanitario en Reus y resort tur\u00edstico en Cambrils.<\/p>\n<p>CompactHabit creada por Constructora de Aro y participada por la empresa p\u00fablica Avancsa recibi\u00f3 en 2007 uno de los premios a la innovaci\u00f3n de Construmat y ha sido reconocido, entre otros, con el galard\u00f3n Fem Industria 2010 que conceden\u00a0<em>la Fundaci\u00f3 Eduard Soler y el Col\u00b7legi i Associaci\u00f3 d\u2019Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya<\/em>, Catalunya Construcci\u00f3 a la Innovaci\u00f3 del\u00a0<em>Col\u00b7legi D\u2019aparelladors, Arquitectes T\u00e8cnics i Enginyers de l\u2019Edificaci\u00f3 de Barcelona<\/em>\u00a0y este mismo a\u00f1o 2012, el premio Novabuild a la innovaci\u00f3n en construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El
