Aquestes s\u00f3n probablement les difer\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s conegudes entre el sistema industrialitzat i el tradicional. N\u2019hi ha d\u2019altres, per\u00f2, que sovint passen m\u00e9s desapercebudes, com les que afecten els perfils professionals que intervenen en l\u2019execuci\u00f3 de l\u2019obra, especialment pel que fa al rol dels encarregats.<\/p>\n<p>En una obra modular poden intervenir fins a cinc perfils d\u2019encarregat diferenciats:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<strong>Encarregat de fossa de producci\u00f3<\/strong>: responsable del formigonat i desencofrat de l\u2019estructura dels m\u00f2duls tridimensionals dins la fossa de producci\u00f3 \u2014l\u2019espai habilitat a la f\u00e0brica per a la conformaci\u00f3 estructural dels m\u00f2duls. Treballa a les instal\u00b7lacions de CompactHabit a Cardona.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<strong>Encarregat de l\u00ednia de producci\u00f3<\/strong>: coordina i supervisa les tasques d\u2019equipament dels m\u00f2duls, els quals avancen per una l\u00ednia de muntatge un cop han estat desencofrats i extrets de la fossa. Treballa a la f\u00e0brica de CompactHabit a Cardona.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<strong>Encarregat de fonamentaci\u00f3<\/strong>: paral\u00b7lelament a la fabricaci\u00f3 dels m\u00f2duls, prepara el terreny i executa totes les tasques pr\u00e8vies in situ, com ara les fonamentacions, passos d\u2019instal\u00b7lacions i altres requeriments d\u2019obra civil. Treballa in situ.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<strong>Encarregat de muntatge:<\/strong> s\u2019encarrega de la recepci\u00f3, posicionament i assemblatge dels m\u00f2duls a peu d\u2019obra. Cada m\u00f2dul t\u00e9 una ubicaci\u00f3 concreta dins el conjunt edificat, i l\u2019encarregat de muntatge vetlla perqu\u00e8 el proc\u00e9s d\u2019implantaci\u00f3 es faci segons el projecte. Treballa in situ.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<strong>Encarregat de finalitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019obra:<\/strong> lidera la fase d\u2019acabats finals, connexi\u00f3 d\u2019instal\u00b7lacions, segellat de juntes i posada en marxa de l\u2019edifici. \u00c9s responsable de garantir la qualitat final del producte un cop els m\u00f2duls han estat col\u00b7locats. Treballa in situ.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i existir aquests cinc perfils diferenciats, no necess\u00e0riament corresponen a cinc persones diferents. Sovint, un mateix professional pot assumir diversos rols al llarg del proc\u00e9s, fet que contribueix a garantir la continu\u00eftat del coneixement i el control de qualitat en les diferents fases de l\u2019obra.<\/p>\n<p>Per exemple, l\u2019encarregat de la l\u00ednia de producci\u00f3 acostuma a ser tamb\u00e9 qui s\u2019ocupa de la fase de finalitzaci\u00f3 in situ, ja que \u00e9s la persona que coneix en profunditat com s\u2019ha fabricat i equipat cada m\u00f2dul i pot supervisar-ne la integraci\u00f3 final amb la m\u00e0xima efici\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema de construcci\u00f3 industrialitzada de CompactHabit permet avan\u00e7ar de manera simult\u00e0nia tant a f\u00e0brica com a obra, escur\u00e7ant terminis i augmentant l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia global del proc\u00e9s.
