Els guardons que atorga l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Catalana de Promotors de S\u00f2l i Habitatge s\u2019han lliurat aquest dimarts al vespre en un acte a Sant Just Desvern. El director de M\u00e0rqueting i Vendes de CompactHabit, Albert Espinalt, i els arquitectes de les firmes DataAE, Albert Domingo, i Harquitectes, Roger Tud\u00f3, autors del projecte, van assistir a l\u2019acte. El reconeixement \u00e9s per a la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya (UPC) i la UTE CompactHabit\/Constructora d\u2019Aro, promotors de l\u2019obra.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercici ben resolt<\/strong><br \/>\nEl jurat dels premis ha volgut destacar un exercici ben resolt de construcci\u00f3 industrialitzada, perfectament adaptada al territori, eficient energ\u00e8ticament, amb una gran flexibilitat interior i constru\u00efda al voltant d\u2019un espai com\u00fa compartit per tots els residents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El projecte<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019edifici al campus de l\u2019ETSAV es compon de planta baixa i una planta pis formant 62 m\u00f2duls d\u2019edificaci\u00f3 industrialitzada, 57 dels quals es destinen a espais comunitaris. Cada habitatge disposa d\u2019uns 40 metres quadrats per a un o dos estudiants. La resid\u00e8ncia funciona des de l\u2019any passat i es va construir seguint el sistema eMii basat en la fabricaci\u00f3 de m\u00f2duls de formig\u00f3 habitables i totalment acabats i equipats a f\u00e0brica, que despr\u00e9s de ser transportats, s\u2019apilen i es munten a l\u2019obra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El jurat ha volgut destacar un exercici ben resolt de
